San Marco Preservation Society Administrative Support Position

Position Description:
Office Administrator – 9 hours per week (M, W, and F from 9:00 to 12:00)

Skills/Qualifications:
*Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Constant Contact
*Basic computer skills
*Attention to detail
*Punctual and reliable
*Professional and courteous both in person and in written communication

Responsibilities and Duties:
*Answers the phone and responds to all calls and messages (voice and emails)
*Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate person or place
*Opens and distributes mail and coordinates the flow of information within the organization
*Manages office services such as equipment, supplies, and general office maintenance
*Ongoing management of membership database
*Records, coordinates, and places orders for personalized bricks
*Prepares and makes bank deposits
*Assists with special events registration and reservation
*Promotes the overall health, wellness, success, and vitality of the San Marco community
